While we appreciate your wanting to help your teammate, we must have a request directly from the member who needs support, if your request concerns making a change in another member's account. We make every effort to keep our member's information safe and therefore, we cannot make any changes to a person's account, at the request of someone else. The member needs to send in a support ticket from their own email address, as that is where the reply will be sent.

 

You can however, send in a support ticket requesting that we view your downline members account to see if they have any payments or changes pending, for example.
