From your ZarFund back office, click on "My Money", then "Bitcoin Wallet". You will see a little blue edit box, (change wallet) click on that, then delete your old wallet and enter your new wallet. Enter the wallet website and your secret answer, then click on submit. You will receive an email with a verification code to complete the process.
If you do not receive the email with the verification code (be sure to check spam/junk files), please send in a support ticket only AFTER you have made the change, and include the new wallet address in your ticket. When we see that your Wallet change is pending, with the same wallet address you provided in your ticket, then we can complete the process for you.
Please Note: Make sure that you are entering a Wallet Address and not a Wallet ID. The Wallet ID has dashes in it.
