New Secret Question/Answer
From your ZarFund back office, click on "My Profile" and go down to Security. Click on the little blue edit box, next to Secret Answer and a box will pop up, prompting you to enter a new secret question and a new secret answer. You can try to enter a new secret answer first, if that is all you need, but if that does not work, then enter a new secret question then a new secret answer, enter your current password, then click "save."
You will receive a verification code in your email to complete the process. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, please check your spam/junk file. We do not have access to your Secret Question or Answer and cannot change it for you.
Please Note: All emails are going out, from our end. If you do not receive the email with the verification code, it may mean that your Email provider is blocking our emails. If this is the case, we highly recommend that you get a Gmail Email account to be used in your ZarFund back office. See the About our Profile Topic, "I Am Not Receiving the ZarFund Emails."
